How to FIGHT the Coronavirus Disease?
- Frequently wash hands with clean water and soap for at least 20 seconds. Make sure to rub and lather all parts of your hands, including your wrists and in-between fingers.
- Immediately inform your healthcare provider and physician if you experience any COVID-19 symptoms or when feeling unwell. Stay home, self-quarantine, and wait for further instructions from your healthcare provider and physician.
- Go out with appropriate facial coverings to avoid contracting infected droplets of saliva. See to it that your face masks are NOT around your neck, over your forehead, under your nose, on your chin, dangling from one ear, only on your nose, nor on your arm. Use a bent elbow or tissue when coughing or sneezing, as well.
- Have a healthy body by eating nutritious foods and taking vitamin supplements. Make sure to stay active while at home, too! Taking occasional breaks from the news about COVID-19 is essential for mental health, as well.
- Turn away from crowded places, and make sure to observe at least six feet distance from other people. Avoid touching frequently touched surfaces as well. Otherwise, rub your hands with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer immediately.
